Each day is flying by so fast lately. Maybe it’s because I sleep in so late that the day seems to be cut short but still. Geez. I really need to get off my butt but the only thing that’s keeping me from picking up job applications is I don’t ever have a ride. My brother is staying in Davis to continue summer school and my dad is always working on some project for our backyard. Oii.
Rebecca: “does not need to work with greasy chicken” - that sounds like my co-workers are greasy chickens. lol
Thao - The nearest mall is too far away. I would just be working to pay off gas money. I wish I could work at a retail store so I get discounts.
I don’t have a lot of options in the jobs I’m going to get. I’ll try everywhere but KFC opened pretty recently so I have a higher chance of getting hired there, even if it’s going to suck. It’ll just be for the summer anyway. =] Thanks for the support guys.

Hey! I haven’t been here to visit in a while… in fact I didn’t know you moved! Anyway, getting a job is rather tedious. I’ve decided not to take one on this summer since it’ll be my last childhood summer before university. Goodluck on finding one though and as long as you have one and keep it for a while, at least it’ll look good on your resume! Take care!

That sucks that you don’t have a ride. No friends or anyone else that might be able to help? I don’t know. I would probably try to talk my dad out of a day of project work to ride me around town and take you to and from work. And who knows…maybe once you get a job somewhere you will find someone that lives near you that you could ride with.

Summer jobssss, I wish I could get one. I’m like you where I really don’t have a ride. I eman I do, but I’d prefer if I could take myself and not depend on anyone else. I’ve just decided to wait until I get my permit before I start looking for one. Sometime next year is definitely when I’ll start looking.
Maybe you could do some volunteer work that could pay well haha~ Either way good luck!
