Alright just kidding about the title but that’s how it feels when I wake up to boredom at 2 in the afternoon everyday. I went for my 2nd interview at Raley’s yesterday; failed the personality test AGAIN. Mr. Peterson (I believe that’s his name) told me to run down to the computer in the store and redo the test real quick and come back up. I did just so and passed. Bad news was: he wasn’t hiring at that moment. He said he really want to see me back on the 28th. I’m going to keep trying. I don’t care if I’m going to work there during the school year; I just want this real bad for some reason.

Anyway moving on to other matters. Round 1 of Moonstruck challenge is coming to an end very soon. I would really appreciate it if you guys would participate. The prizes are awesome and the rules are quite simple. So what have you got to lose? Go join already! =D

I went to an open interview at Raley’s today and let’s just say… I feel very rejected. I was doing so well! The manager liked me but he said that I didn’t do so hot on my personality test so he couldn’t offer me the job. I really didn’t understand the personality test. They ask things like “Would you rather pick where you work or have co-workers who are easy to get along with?” I wanted both but it was just one or the other. Most questions were like that so I switched around too much I guess. *cries* I feel so bad. He told me to reapply and come back next week. He also said that he wasn’t really hiring… I’m not sure if that was just a test of commitment but I guess I’m coming back next Monday. *sigh* This is why it’s so hard to get a job.

After failing quite miserably I went to pick up some more applications. Most places didn’t have anymore applications; meaning many people are trying to find work just like I am and resulting as more competitions. Crappers. I didn’t think it was going to be that hard. I’m so jealous of the people who have jobs; I want a monthly salary too!

Each day is flying by so fast lately. Maybe it’s because I sleep in so late that the day seems to be cut short but still. Geez. I really need to get off my butt but the only thing that’s keeping me from picking up job applications is I don’t ever have a ride. My brother is staying in Davis to continue summer school and my dad is always working on some project for our backyard. Oii.

Rebecca: “does not need to work with greasy chicken” - that sounds like my co-workers are greasy chickens. lol
Thao - The nearest mall is too far away. I would just be working to pay off gas money. I wish I could work at a retail store so I get discounts.

I don’t have a lot of options in the jobs I’m going to get. I’ll try everywhere but KFC opened pretty recently so I have a higher chance of getting hired there, even if it’s going to suck. It’ll just be for the summer anyway. =] Thanks for the support guys.

Even though I vowed I wouldn’t, I already switched on my bum-mode for the summer. I need to find something to do other than sitting here on the computer all day. Everything is so much easier said than done.

I’m currently working on a layout for Moonstruck, a contest site hosted by me and my hostess. I’m also planning to open a graphic request site to earn a little money; I’m not sure how that’s going to work out but it wouldn’t hurt trying.

After setting aside these two projects, I want to go apply for a job at a nearby Kfc/Long John Silver restaurant. Hopefully I get at job there because I really need the money. I want to buy a lot of new things (clothes) for the new school year. =D Well I’ll be back later!
