Life has been so uneventful lately. I find myself bonding with the TV more than ever. Props to the inventors of moving pictures. However, this can’t be too good for my health’s sake. I’m not sure what to do anymore. After my second job interview for Raley’s on Monday, I’m going to see if I can join some volunteer group. It’ll give me something productive to do while earning community service hours for school.
My friends and I are going to go catch a movie tomorrow and light fireworks later in the evening. I’m excited. I haven’t lite fireworks since… ever really. I’ll take pictures. =D You girls have any plans for July 4th?

I think volunteer work would be a great idea. Not that I am trying to be pretentious and what not, but I have a friend doing volunteer work in India and I envy her so much. It’s cool that the volunteering that you are doing will also benefit you academically.
I am having a summer vacation, but not an official one because I graduated college. It’s only going to last a few weeks. But I haven’t been spending much on it in front of the television. I’m not much of a television person, so I tend to go out with friends or amuse myself through the internet or knitting or whatever.. at least, until I really need to find a job.

You should volunteer! Volunteer + work might be a lot to handle though if you end up working a lot

There’s a lot of volunteer opportunities in Sac. Also, if you volunteer long term for Fairy Tale Town, you might land yourself a job. It happened for my friend.
