My mom came home from work pretty upset today. I asked her what was wrong and she told me that one of her co-worker was being a total bitch to her. I knew exactly who she was talking about and it isn’t the first time that lady picked on my mom. My mom isn’t the type to argue or talk back so she usually turns the other cheek. I’m really pissed off for her after hearing all the crap that lady says about her. She would always input rude comments after everything my mom says. She also calls my mom stupid, which is really ridiculous because she’s the one who lacks proper education and classy human behaviors. I can not stand people who acts like that. I also can not stand how the boss is being so negligent about the situation. I’m really annoyed that I can’t do much about the situation right now but just wait, she’s going to be one sorry lady if she keeps this up. I will march in there and make the scene so big, our local news station is going to do a 1-hour special news coverage on it. Stupid #$&*%.

Yeah my mom’s business partner is a major asshole, but they have a contract for a year. My mom can be a bit slow sometimes, but she knows how to be fair to her worker while this other lady is a huge pig.

That sucks, my mom had problems like that too, but she talked about it with the person in higher position, and she got moved. So no more problems, i guess. I hope this lady stops this. How rude of her.

Has your mom gone to her boss about the situation? Maybe they haven’t noticed… bosses are sometimes oblivious to the world.

There’s always some looser like this in every office and it sucks that your mum has to put up with ignorant fools like these. Sometimes bosses also turn a blind eye to things like this which is bad, it seems like its getting to the level where she needs to let the boss know whats going on. Its not right to put up with bullying in thw workplace- and besides this woman seems like she’s confident that she’s getting away with this because your mum is quiet. She needs to be taught a lesson that it is unnacceptable what she’s doing.

That sucks. Is she a higher person in the workplace? If she is then she’s power tripping. If she’s not then you should tell your mom to talk to her boss about it. Your mom could tell her boss that her coworker is harassing her.
